Will Chinese Burberry lose the right
to iconographic diamond pattern?

It seems that Burberry could lose exclusive rights to
its distinctive checkered pattern. The Chinese government decided to abolish
the Burberry exclusive rights to their territory and allowed other companies
to legally use iconographic beige,black,red diamonds because Burberry, as they
explained, was not sufficiently used in China, more precisely, it has not been used since last three years.
The request for the abolition of the right to use Burberry stripes pattern in China submitted a Chinese factory lubid and sued the production of counterfeit bags.
Britishers are currently in benefits, because until the complaint is resolved, they would have the exclusive right to use the sample. But if the
verdict is in their favor, no one knows exactly what will be the consequences
and the next step to Burberry.
