Christmas Make-Up 2013: 15 Steps for  a Perfect Look


Makeup artist Dabid Grant reveals his vision of a perfect , glamorous make-up for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

David Grant , a makeup artist and creative consultant brand of the brand Illamasqua , gives his views on the holiday make-up . However , this is a simple and elegant way , of course ,you can do make up for the holidays .

The steps are as follows :

Step 1 -David Grant makeup process always starts with the eyebrows ; recommends that the eyebrows applying eye shadow in brown tones . Just make sure you choose a muted shade , one that seems almost washed out ; reddish tones on the brows will look unnatural .

Step 2 -Brush eyebrow and comb the eyebrows , so it will be even better to allocate hood . Then apply a layer of clear gel for eyebrows .

Step 3 -Drag the lash line  directly to the upper eyelid with a brown pen . If you manage to pull this line , hold a mirror under the face , look at your reflection in the mirror down , lift the upper lid and paint only the root of the lashes.


Step 4 -Take a pencil in shades of eggplant  , and drag the line along the lashes from the middle of the eyelid to the outer corner of the eye . Color also folds of the eyelid and outer corner of the eye with a pen or brush applicator , and do not be afraid of bright colors , this is just an eye-shadow base .

Step 5 -Apply Matte eye-shadow in brown shades to surface that you created with the help of a pen . For the outer corner of the eye , dark brown to black shades , and in the middle of the eyelid , apply great bright shades .

Step 6 -It is necessary to highlight the inner corner of the eye . To achieve this effect , use bright shades of champagne color .

Step 7 -Makeup for lower eyelid . Firstly clean the lower eyelid shades of particles that have fallen on them in the previous steps - the bottom line growth of eyelashes in white. This step will not only clean the lower eyelid , but will visually open up your eyes . Then, on the lower lid , apply a dark brown and light brown eye-shadow shades - darker shade closer to the outer corner and lighter in the middle .

Step 8 -Apply a black pencil on the upper eyelid , as close to the lashes . If you are between the lash line and other gaps , they will black out .

Step 9 -Apply black mascara on upper and lower lashes . Focus on the upper lashes , apply mascara from root to tip zigzag motion. Lower lashes can easily be combed with mascara brush .

Step 10 -Moving on to the skin . Universal shades of peach concealer will cover gray and greenish hue under the eyes . Apply concealer from the inner corner of the eye to the outside , drawing the bow . Granted advise is to Apply concealer to the shadow of the upper lid to make the make-up look clearer . Makeup artist also advised to apply a portion of concealer to eye brow .  .

Step 11 -The following is a thin layer of the substrate . Squeeze a small amount on hand tinted moisturizer or light foundation and a brush , apply to the face . This step will smooth out wrinkles and remove blemishes .

Step 12 -Take a cream or powder of darker shade and apply it under the cheekbones , along the lower jaw , along the edge of the forehead and along the edges of the nose . If the face is very broad , apply as many diagonal lines , it will narrow it down .

Step 13 -As far as blush , David Grant always it is applied as follows : first applied Cream Blush , blush and powder . Cream Blush serves as a base and will therefore make-up last longer .


Step 14 -The final step is to apply makeup on lips . Apply rose color on them with the pen  to make up a more permanent , then put lipstick or some similar , lighter shades . For a festive make-up excess will be to add a layer of lip gloss in the middle of the lips .

Step 15 -For a dramatic look , you can put false eyelashes .

The result of these 15 steps will be a great make-up for an evening for  socializing with colleagues and friends, and endless partying .
